Why have dedicated RSA teams?

Although the responsibility to ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol is ingrained in all of our hospitality personnel, a dedicated team of RSA officers can significantly reduce the risk of infringements and incidents at your venue. Our RSA officers don’t just observe, they are trained to assess intoxication using a wide range of techniques, and to mitigate risks through open communication with patrons before they become drunk, disorderly or aggressive.
